At Batu Caves ... 5 rounds 272 steps stair walk.
With 3 rounds continuosly, and the other 2 rounds were with little rest in between.
Total time was more than an hour . .around 1 hr 15 min ..
It was AMAZING!!!! AMAZING SLOW !! :(
Woke Up early morning around 545am
Arrived Batu Caves around 630am Guess what !!
It is written there the staircase opens only at 8am !!! Gosh .. never check properly
Luckily I brought my camera with me .. so keep shooting until it opens.
Finally, it opened at 7am .. quite a number of people started to exercise at 7am
Me too ... Tot of 5-6 rounds initially without much rest.
But after 3 rounds of continuously climbing up and down, both my legs really tiring and having pedal flaccidity... until I couldn't control my balancing during stepping down .. so dangerous as the steps are quite slanting.

Was her first day of work with the ShenZhen based company.
